Offerings

I am a strong believer that when we learn to listen to our bodies and our hearts, it is much easier to tend to our health in meaningful and inspired ways. While I am passionate about all things health and wellness related, I know not all people share my passion. I love to help people tend to their wellness so that they can have the energy and presence to focus on their own passions.

Offerings: Welcome

Initial Session

$30 -- 1 hour

​

During an initial session we will go over your wellness intake form to find areas of focus, excitement, and fear. We will create your wellness vision and a roadmap of attainable actions that will bring your closer to your vision. This session creates space for us to find where your natural inspiration lies, creating a nourishing and engaging wellness plan. 

​

This is not a place to be shamed about what you are not doing or to be given a "magical cure" to save you from yourself. Wellness is a journey, and it begins when we accept ourselves where we are (This is often the hardest part!). My job is to facilitate your insight and goal-setting, rather than to take the role of an expert. I love to give suggestions and resources when asked. Yet, there is a dizzying amount of health information out there and I strive to help your find what works best for you and to trust in it, rather than to add to the headache.

These sessions are best held in person or through video chat. Follow-ups may be held via phone call.

Follow-Up Session

$15 -- 30 minutes

​

In follow-up sessions, we check in about the past week's goals, while also setting new goals for the week to come. Most importantly, we process how you are feeling and what you need to feel good in the upcoming week. 

​

These goals can range from the practical and tangible (walking for 20 minutes) to the introspective or theoretical (journaling about a goal you would like to take on). Other goals may include making a list of favorite meals to cook, making time for art, practicing a relaxation technique, or anything else that is present for you!

​

We always make sure that weekly goals are attainable and inspiring. We look for the small victories that make your wellness journey enlivening and supportive of your whole self.

​

These sessions are often held over the phone or through video chat, but can also be done in person.

Sliding Scale Package

$75 value -- Pay what you can

1 hour-long session, 3 30-minute sessions

Of all the topics and issues within health and wellness, one that I am extremely passionate about is access. Unfortunately, many people who need support with their wellness cannot afford to pay for it -- leading to mismanaged illness that lowers quality of life, often at a high price.

​

With sliding scale offerings, I ask that you attend all four sessions, so that we both can benefit from the insight that comes in follow-up sessions.
